1.Responsible business development in recruitment services to various corporate clients across the industries

2. Responsible for revenue targets

3.Generating new clients for the company and understanding their actual needs and requirements

4. Co-ordinating with recruitment & process team for the purpose of client management
|
|
5. Responsible for client management and repetitive business
|
|
6.Creating the database of leads and preparing daily, weekly & monthly MIS
|
|
7. Gross margins have to be kept in mind while quoting
