• Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent with five years of programming experience

• Fully knowledgeable of all processes involved in applications programming.

• Demonstrated technical proficiency in the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems gained through exposure to all aspects of programming.
|

• Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
|
|
• Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification, resolution and comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures.

Responsibilities: |
|
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
|

• Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
|
|
• Responsible for quality assurance review.
|
|
• Directs and monitors the work of team members through the instruction, direction and evaluation of their work on other systems analysis and programming.
|
|
• Acts as project leader for projects with small budgets or limited duration.
