• Should Have Minimum 4 Years of Experience in Banking.

• Having an oversight on Housing Loans/LAP Products would be distinct advantage.

• Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter.
|
|
• Technical & Professional know-how of the Indian lending market.
|

• Leadership skills to manage external vendor relationships.

| Key
Responsibilities: |
|
• Responsible for acquisition of Personal Loans & Credit Cards through a dedicated team of proprietary sales officers.
|
|
• Training front line sales personnel on basic products and process parameters.
|
|
• Deliver annual target goals while meeting qualitative metrics laid down by the Regional Head.
|
|
|
|
• Work with operation unit in each market to seamlessly drive business.
|
|
|
|
• Implement web enabled CRM solution for the channel in the city and ensure that a One Bank ethos is permeated across the lines of business in the city of operation.
