Skill & Compentancies:
• Knowledge of Banking products & services, relevant practices of regulatory authorities, knowledge of ATM/Process manuals.
• Candidate must be a team player.
• Should have good communication skills.
• System knowledge.( SCORE, Finacle, Adaptiv, etc).
• Ability to respond efficiently within the given TAT.
• Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setting up of limits in SCORE, FINACLE & ADAPTIVE.
• Input of related facility information in SCORE, CRIS, SMOOTH, ADAPTIVE, FINNACLE and SDS.
• Input of Base rates in SCORE & FINACLE on a monthly basis.
• Custody of security files & ensuring that all documentation is in order prior to filing.
• Preparation & Checking of periodic reports for monitoring, information and client intimation to be provided to our stakeholders.
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports for Central Bank & Head office.
• Preparation of Balance Confirmations, Credit Information and other correspondent communication.
• Sundry accounts reconciliations.
• Verifying signatures on all client related communication and agreements.
• Special assignments related to CA
