& Compentancies: |

• Should Have Minimum 2-4 Years of Experience in Banking, Stock Market.
|
|
• Basic Knowledge of financial concepts.
|
|
• Understanding of risks involved in trade & settlements process.
|
|
• In-depth understanding of investment products like equities, bonds & structured products.
|
|
• Understanding and applying business logic to systems.
|
|
• Knowledge of Reuters/Bloomberg usage would be an added advantage.
|
|
• Ensure that reconciliation are performed in a timely manner.
|
|
| Key
Responsibilities: |
|
• Keep control over key activities to ensure that all activities are completed in a timely and error free manner.
|
|
• Conduct training for front office/team members on concepts of finance and investments and also on operational procedures.
|
|
• Creating a strong referral network.
|
|
|
|
• Be ever vigilant to risk involved in operation procedure and also manage change in operational process in a risk free manner.
|
|
|
|
• Guide the team over issues related to trade processing, settlements, policy matters and issue resolution
|
|
|
|
• Interact with IT during issues related to systems or business logic used in processing trades and settlements.
