& Compentancies: |
|
• Through understating of Reconciliation (card Operations).
|
|
• Excellent Communication and people management skills.
|
|
• Awareness of Complinace, Money Laundering and other regulatory polices.
|
|
• Around 3-4 years of experience in Banking /Card operations /BPO
|
|
• Awareness to ATM and Cash Management Process.
|
|
• Vendor Management skills.
|
|
| Key
Responsibilities: |
|
• Reconciliation (ATM &CDM& Group4 ) - To ensure that all related reconciliation is done with due diligence and the sundry accounts.
|
|
• Receive and tally daily schedules and ATM/CDM logs from Group4.To ensure that that there is proper maker and checker process handled.
|
|
• To Improve TAT’s and work towards process improvements.
|
|
• To actively liaise with Group 4 for any service issues and close it.
|
|
• To monitor the accounts and reports any notable, out of pattern transaction in ATM/CDM.
|
|
• To liaise with concerned department and close all disputes effectively pertaining to ATM/CDM.
