·1 Should Have Minimum 2-4 Years of Experience in Banking, Stock Market.
|
|
·2 Basic Knowledge of financial concepts.
|
|
·3 Understanding of risks involved in trade & settlements process.
|
|
·4 In-depth understanding of investment products like equities, bonds & structured products.
|
|
·5 Understanding and applying business logic to systems.
|
|
·6 Knowledge of Reuters/Bloomberg usage would be an added advantage.
|
|
·7 Ensure that reconciliation are performed in a timely manner.
|

| Key
Responsibilities: |
|
·8 Keep control over key activities to ensure that all activities are completed in a timely and error free manner.
|
|
·9 Conduct training for front office/team members on concepts of finance and investments and also on operational procedures.
|
|
·10 Creating a strong referral network.
|
|
|
|
·11 Be ever vigilant to risk involved in operation procedure and also manage change in operational process in a risk free manner.
|
|
|
|
·12 Guide the team over issues related to trade processing, settlements, policy matters and issue resolution
|
|
|
|
·13 Interact with IT during issues related to systems or business logic used in processing trades and settlements.
