Position Summary:
Banking Assistant should be responsible for timely processing of Visa/Master Card Disputes, Cards Settlement, and Reconciliation of Visa/Master Card/ATM Chargeback Accounts within Card Operations.

Skill & Compentancies:
·1 Proficiency in Card Operations.
·2 Around 2 years of experience in Banking with atleast 1 year exp. in handling Chargebacks & Settlement.
·3 Should have good knowledge of Reconciliation & Accounting.
·4 Should have a strong knowledge about different Cards Processing.
·5 Should have excellent Communication and People Management skills.
·6 Good Knowledge of Central Bank/Visa/Master Card, International Operating Regulations, Compliance and regulatory framework.
·7 Proficiency in Computer Knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
·1 Responsible for Timely processing of Visa/Master Card disputes, Cards Settlement, Reconciliation of Visa/aster Card/ATM Chargeback Accounts within Card Operations.
·2 Accuracy of processing Retreival requests/ Chargebacks/ representments/ Precompliance/ Compliance/ Pre arbitration/ Fraud reporting.
·3 Ensure various Central Bank/Visa/Master Card regulated deadlines are adhered to while handling cardholders disputes.
·4 Ensure that no financial losses are incurred due to Operatinal lapses through adherence to Visa Intl/Master Intl/Central Bank guidelines, adherence tom Bank’s Operational procedures including reconciliation of Charge accounts.
·1 MIS reporting to Central Bank/ Visa and Master card International.
·2 Deliver quality service to both internal and external customers in accordance with agreed service standards.
·3 Comply with the Bank’s core values and embed compliance in all our actions by living the values.
