• Handling soft bucket collections for credit card product.
|
|
• To effectively resolve problems of delinquent cardholders.
|
|
• Follow up with customers regarding Credit Card dues, Outstandings.
|
|
• Minimize cardholder attrition
|
|
• Negotiating to convert receivables into cash.
|
|
• Recovering payments from the customers
|
