Service process documentation and review expertise
Key Responsibilities:
Exploring opportunities for implementation / reengineering of new processes
Lead generation
Interacting with clients for converting leads in to opportunities
Studying new and existing customer facing processes.
Translating customer requirements and mapping it into new processes.
Ensuring that the processes are best in class.
Documenting process manuals.
Implementing and hand holding process owners for the documented processes
Training staff on the new processes.
Validating efficacy of new processes implemented through measurement matrix
