Position Summary:
Relationship Manager will be responsible for handling the sales and distribution of medical insurance policies (mainly group medical and individual medical), recruitment of sub-brokers, brand promotion through various creative ways.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling retail and corporate sales targets for medical insurance – individual and group medical.
Handling a Team of Sales force for achieving steeped targets.
Recruitment of high caliber talent (Advisors and Sales Managers),
Training and development of agents on sales process, selling skills and techniques, products, competitors etc. on regular basis and ensuring their participation,
Promotional activities with creativity, identify opportunities to develop business
Meeting sales targets through Activity control-daily/weekly checks for validation database management (recruitment of agency, sales approaches)
Directing and organizing agency force to over achieve sales targets, daily sales management, motivation and manage attrition, rewarding and relationship building through team work, work direction,
Development of new territories.
Risk assessment and underwriting controls at the Branch level,
Achieving Revenue and targets and cost cutting in Budgeting,
Developing training modules and conducting training sessions for new recruits to reach beyond target, motivation and implemented systems that increased personal level of efficacy of subordinates & to achieve high level of service standards, providing growth opportunities,
Ensuring that systems and process are followed in all operational activities.
