Manage the Financials in order to suggest plans and execute personal Loan & Auto loan promotion/activities.

Write Process/product notes and support Personal Loan & Auto Loan product launches.
|
|
Monitor competition and counter the activities and present competition new launches on occurrence.
|
|
Co-ordinate and influence all Personal Loans & Auto Loan activities with MarCom.
|
|
Present Market analysis every two months.
|
|
Manage and support all payroll activities.
|
|
Co-ordinate with Government, Semi-Government Departments and other sources to nominate and introduce new companies to the payroll base.
|
|
Maximize Personal Loans product visibilities at all RAKBANK branches and other channels
|
|
Develop, manage and present MIS and use it to plan future product development.
|
|
Manage Personal Loan retention and attrition
|
|
Liaise with Credit, Operations, Sales and other internal functions to achieve set targets.
|
|
Liaise with Administration & respective business divisions for updating of marketing communication material.
|
|
Analyze, suggest and re-engineer current Personal Loan product processes.
|
