Skill & Compentancies:
Specific Knowledge:Experience in managing teams, Decision maker, Ability to deliver under pressure, Ability to interact with regulatory agencies persuasively, Ability to understand and deliver on compliance reporting, Proficient in office automation tools like Word, Excel, PPT.
Business Understanding: Relevant experience in a Life Insurance company, Good knowledge of IRDA regulations, preferably has an accounting background.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively support Sr. Manager in developing new and maintaining existing investment management initiatives, including investment process upgrading.
Develop and maintain best practices for Mid and back office investment functions in line with regional compliance policy and local regulatory (IRDA) framework.
Ensure compliance of investment function and risk management in accordance with Indian laws and regulations.
Ensure Mechanism in place for accurate and timely compliance reporting.
